The traditional methods associated with belly fat removal always include things like dieting, cardio exercise and ab exercises that are supposed to magically remove the fat layers directly above the ab muscles you are working out. Unfortunately, this is pure gossip and myth. In order to lose belly fat faster, you need to know 3 major keys.

Key number 1 - Don't Fall For The Hype
This might seem obvious to many of you but, LISTEN. Every piece of information you hear about how to lose weight, tone up and remove layers of fat from your stomach is marketing. The hyped-up marketing you get on TV is purely designed to "sell" you their product. Most of it is absolute garbage that won't work even if you do stick to their stringent requirements.

Key number 2 - Clean Your Body AND Keep It Clean
Your body has many processes and systems, some of which have the ability to either store or remove fat cells from everywhere.
