Three Easy Steps To Shifting Unwanted Weight Permanently

THREE EASY STEPS TO PERMANENT WEIGHT LOSS

When you look in the mirror, do you see the body you desire? Are you happy with your shape right now? Do you want to lose a few pounds/kilos QUICKLY?

My no drug, no BS approach to losing weight worked for me...and it will work for you too.

About ten years ago, I was a chronic OVEREATER. I went thru the diet/binge/diet cycle for 14 years. I was literally at my wits end. I hated life and I hated myself, and NOTHING seemed to work. I was really overweight...nothing was fitting and I was depressed every day.

Then I found this remarkable solution...and it CHANGED my life....and if you are prepared to make the changes, you too will have the solution to your weight gain.

What if I ALLOWED myself the food I had neglected myself for soooo long, every day? GASP!!! Very scary, right? Yes...but don't you put the weight on when you stop dieting anyway? And everytime you do diet, are you finding that you don't lose the weight you just put on in your last binge??

This is the ONLY true method to PERMANENT weight loss. Diets DO NOT WORK.

1. Stock your pantry full of all the "naughty" foods. All of them. Times three each. And label them "food" - regalrdless of what they are. Every time you eat something replace it. Example. You have denied yourself peanut butter and white bread sandwiches for ever!! (That was one of my things!!), buy three jars of your favourite peanut butter - the exact brand, fat content etc. Every time one jar finishes, replace it. Have three loaves of soft, fresh white bread. Again, each time you eat a loaf, replace it. Very important to replace anything you eat. Put all your "skinny" clothes in a big bag and put them out of sight. Wear your loose clothes only.

2. Eat when you are hungry. Take note as to when you want to eat. Are you hungry? Or is something bothering you? Give yourself permission to eat, and if you do decide to eat when you are not hungry, when it's purely for comfort, eat exactly what you want. If you want McDonalds fries, don't settle for homemade. Go and get McDonalds fries.
Use this "personal chat" to yourself everytime you want to eat:
"Hmmm I feel like that cheesecake"
"You can have it!! It's there in the cupboard! You can have as much as you like! But are you hungry?"
"Not really, I just feel like it"
"That's OK - you know it's always going to be there for you whenever you want and you can eat as much as you want to, so do you still feel like eating it now?"
"Yes"
"OK - let's have a look inside your mind...is something bothering you? Has something happened to make you feel uncomfortable? Do you feel out of your comfort zone? Do you feel threatened in anyway?"
"Hmmm, quite possibly, a friend just rang and she's coming over. I've put on weight and she's so skinny and I feel fat"
"Well, you know you can eat the cheesecake if you like, but if you're not hungry, why don't you wait a minute and see if you get hungry? And then, if you still feel like the cheesecake, have it!"
And if you do decide to eat it, give yourself FULL permission to do so. Do not get angry at yourself for having it. Ever!

3. Take yourself on a very brisk walk every day. This needs to be 30 mins minimum. Part of section three of the solution is to also have one affirmation that you say to yourself over and over again as you walk, shower, eat, dress, drive, shop etc..."I am perfect and I can do it now." And you must never never berate yourself for eating AGAIN. STOP ALL THE NEGATIVE HEAD TALK NOW. Everytime you catch yourself scolding because you binged, remember...you do not need to diet anymore! You will not have to deprive yourself of food anymore. And food is your friend, not your enemy, just as you are your friend. You are now eating to get thin....

You will probably find that you will want to eat all those amazing things in your pantry as much as you can - go ahead. Do it. The key is to ask yourself when you eat - AM I HUNGRY? Is my stomach hungry or is my mouth hungry? Does my stomach feel like a peanut butter sandwich? Or does it feel like a drink of water? Am I eating because I am anxious or sad or happy or angry or depressed or nervous etc. ? It's important to work out the triggers to your eating when you are not hungry.

Remember - when you eat what your body FEELS like, as opposed to what your MOUTH wants, and you only eat until you are full, you will LOSE weight.

One of the BIGGEST downfalls of any "diet" is the deprivation factor - you wait until you are off the diet and scramble to get that chocolate bar as soon as you can! And then eat four of them to make up for it!! So don't deprive yourself anymore. You just need to learn to eat again - for the right reasons.

You will find that you will settle into a routine in about 10 days. Always remember not to berate yourself for eating. Stop the angry head talk and ask yourself...what's up? What can I do to comfort myself thru understanding myself a little better? Your addictive eating tendancies are a great trigger for you to learn more about who you are.

It's a road ahead, but believe me, it is soooo worth it. I now eat when I'm hungry, NEVER diet, NEVER go without, and understand myself so much better.

Good luck!
