You really can not get this kind of result with doing two things and doing them consistently. You need to do both diet and exercise to get such a stunning result, nothing new there but how I approached them is what is new. As we all know, just weight loss regardless of how rapid will not give you good muscle tone and definition for your efforts. Even worse, diet without the exercise will eventually slow your weight loss down to a snails pace.
How about exercise without the diet? Well, you will firm up and lose inches with enough exercise, although you will not lose weight rapidly without getting your calorie consumption reduced at the same time. One process without the other just does not work well and is sabotaging your efforts to slim down.
I struggled for years with my weight loss and diet goals until I finally stumbled upon a combination of programs that kept me losing weight at a rapid pace for a full month. To my utter surprise, I continued to lose weight just as rapidly the second month and my weight loss is still going strong in months three and beyond. I have slowed down as I approach my target weight, but am losing consistently still. I had always lost slowly in the past and never continued to lose a rapid pace for several months in a row prior to now. What did I finally change that made the difference? I varied both my food plans and workout routines daily, while building lean muscle at a rapid pace.
I'll never be fat or unhealthy again, ever! This time I know I will be able to maintain my weight loss forever.
