I will not spend time hammering on some of ineffective products and systems that are out there. That would take at least all day. The thing that you need to be concerned with is the long term success of the system you are considering. Many fast diets may help you shed a few pounds quickly, but if you are just going to gain back all of the weight you lose why bother. The weight loss yo-yo is simply not worth the headaches it causes.
You will also want to make sure that any of these fast diets that you are considering are medically safe. There is no reason for you to put your health at risk to get thinner. You can drop weight quickly and safely at the same time. Anyone that tells you otherwise is not someone that you should take advice from. You can go as fast or slow as you want with your weight loss, but the most important thing is to find a method that is healthy and will produce long term results.
