You have to cut out bad fat and refined grains. When you do that, the weight will literally start falling off fast. When people think of chicken, they think, great, how boring, this is going to be horrible. Eating a lot of chicken can be very enjoyable, the key is in the sauces to keep things exciting. You want to buy a good mayonnaise and mix chicken with some onions or pickles to make sandwiches. You want eat to a lot of high quality chicken salad as your main protein and fat source. Make sure you cook all of your week's chicken on the weekend so you have it and don't get lazy and not cook it. Freeze half and make half for the beginning of the week. You need the fat from the chicken and the mayonnaise to sustain yourself. You can not cut fat out all together. Just watch your other bad fat intake closely. You need to be satisfied on your new eating plan, so eat some high quality chocolate every day if you want, but make sure it is good and doesn't have high fructose corn syrup or any other odd additives.

Other key things are, don't eat hamburgers, fries, pizza, or white bread, These are filled with bad fat, and it makes a huge difference in your weight loss. Some people really don't understand how big of a difference it makes when you eat high quality protein that is low in saturated fat. Make sure to eat plenty of greens and fruit. Eat whole grain bread and cereals, and make sure the cereals have very low sugar content.

Only the most expensive cereals that you probably have never heard of are good for you, but they are worth the extra price. Most health cereals put out by major brands are filled with sugar to make them taste good, and they are bad news. Remember, do eat your favorite sweets, everyday if need be, but don't eat tons of them. Stay full always, you should never fell hungry, ever. Some people like to take fat burning pills, but they can be dangerous, binding pills are better if you're going to take anything, they don't attempt to speed up your metabolism and some people like them more.
