Some tips to help reduce your calorie intake are:
-Grill or bake your food
-Replace high calorie snacks with low calorie snacks
-use low fat milk
-use low fat dressing
-steam your vegetables instead of frying them
-limit the amount of sugar you consume
-reduce the size of each meal
When it comes to exercise to lose body fat, exercises such as walking, swimming, jogging, aerobics and bike riding are great. If you are a beginner it is best to start with walking for 20 minutes, and slowly increase your walking up to 1 hour. Always choose exercises that you enjoy and start with a warm up and stretch your muscles after each workout to prevent any soreness.
Finally remember to eat less and do more exercise. If possible do your exercise as soon as you wake up in the morning to burn more fat faster and to increase your metabolism long after you stopped exercising. Have 5-6 smaller meals instead of 3 big meals will also help to boost your metabolism. Drink more water especially when you exercise,if your body is dehydrated you won't lose as much body fat.
