Too good to be true?
Maybe ...it depends what you really want and how realistic you're going to be about what it means to
lose weight today.
Many people "want" without having the "will" to go through with the necessary steps.
What you want will happen, but only if you want it bad enough to make a plan and stick to it.
Weight loss is no different from any other aspect of your life. If you don't think and plan and set aside the time it deserves, weight loss is not going to happen for you.
So, how can you lose weight today and be fat free forever?
You can do it. You just need to get yourself informed.
First, you need to know what you can expect from a diet and exercise program. This is not dreams or wishes, but plan cold facts.
Get into eating and exercise habits that will get you results and that you can stick to with a moderate amount of effort.
Then you can start fighting your fat genes or more realistically, your fat jeans!
You have to know what not to eat, giving yourself a few simple rules to follow and you have to be true to yourself and remember exactly what you have eaten and how much you really have consumed.
Lastly, you need to get into the right motivational mindset and learn to stay there, regardless of the ordinary and extra-ordinary stresses in your day to day life.
You can lose weight today and be fat free forever, but your success depends entirely on what you are prepared to do for it.
