It is also necessary to keep in mind that eating a healthy amount of food is important for keeping your metabolism high, so don't go overboard with the appetite suppressants.

Along with protein, fiber is also an important aspect of any diet. Fiber is useful because it keeps your colon clean and ensures that your digestive system functions properly by keeping things moving along. Foods that are high in fiber include fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.
