Look at any diet and they'll all tell you the same kind of stuff. Each of these diets will tell that they are the most effective way of losing weight, that they are easy to do, that the pounds will drop off. In short they'll all claim to work...and to work better than other diets.
This simply makes a lot of people confused. The more you look into diets the more options you'll realize are out there for you. So, you might pick one because it looks easy or because you think it suits you best and so you'll give it a go. Then maybe after a few weeks when your start off results start to die down you'll give it up.
Problem is, you have a head full of information from your initial research about all those other diets. So, maybe you'll think that the first one wasn't actually meant for you or it just doesn't work. So, you'll move on to another...and another...and another.
Before you know it you'll have changed into a 'yo yo' dieter and you won't have any significant results to show from it. One of the problems you may find is that you are given so much choice and so many conflicting opinions on what works and what doesn't. So, when you don't see the results you're looking for your brain will go back to all those other diets and tell you to try a new one because the information the first one gave you must have been wrong.
You need to change your mind-set here rather than hop from diet to diet in the hope that one of them will help you lose weight fast. They might all, generally, help you lose weight fast to start with but you won't necessarily see long term success with them all. What you actually need is a diet that works in the short, medium and long term. So, before you plunge off into your next diet, do some research on how long the effects will really last.
